A summer wedding, unrehearsed
A quiet morning, a garden full of loved ones and a wedding in no hurry.

How I photograph
The quiet before the ceremony. A hand held under the table. Your people laughing and the dance floor after midnight. You do not need to watch the camera or wonder what to do with your hands. Just be together. I’ll make photographs that bring back not only how the day looked, but how it felt.

A little time together, without an audience or any need to perform.
Close when you need me.
Out of the spotlight.
How you will feel in front of the camera
Most people do not know what to do in front of a camera — and they do not need to. During portraits, I’ll show you the good light and give you enough direction to feel at ease. For the rest of the day, I photograph attentively without interrupting it.
I’ll give you calm, simple direction so you feel comfortable and still look like yourselves.
I notice the glances, touches and reactions that happen before anyone can plan them.
I photograph your people, the atmosphere around the table and the dance floor once nobody is watching the time.
